1. Team introduction:

PENG group in Fudan University has been engaged in the research and development of new smart fiber for a long time. The group has proposed and developed a series of fiber devices with multiple functions such as power generation, energy storage, light emission, and sensing，and systematically studied the preparation, structure,  performance and applications of fiber devices. The group has published more than 300 papers, including 3 in Nature, 9 in Nature serious, 100 in Nat. Commun./J. Am. Chem. Soc./Angew. Chem. Int. Ed./Adv. Mater./Phys. Rev. Lett . Papers indexed by SCI were cited 21,000 times, H index is 87, and 81 domestic and foreign invention patents have been authorized.

2. Position descriptions:

At present, the team has undertaken vertical projects including  National Key R&D Program, major projects in Shanghai, key projects of the Fund Committee, etc. At the same time, it has also established industry-university-research horizontal projects with well-known domestic and foreign companies, which can be used in basic research and industrial development，providing full support to applicants. We are now recruiting several post-doctor for smart wearables, flexible electronics, lithium-ion batteries, solar cells, luminescent display materials, biomedical engineering, functional fibers, organic synthesis, and information electronics. Applicants can not only engage in basic research to assist in the completion of major vertical projects, but also participate in horizontal project projects of the team and domestic and foreign companies, so as to achieve the aim of conducting the research on the combination of industry, academia, and research.

3. Recruitting requirements:
(1) People who have obtained or will receive a Ph.D. degree, those who are familiar with chemical synthesis, optoelectronic and energy devices, microelectronic integration, circuit design, textile engineering, bioelectronics or sensing are preferred;
(2) People who have strong independent ability to carry out innovative work and are full of responsibility and team spirit;
(3)The group pays attention to the combination of production, education and research, we especially welcome applicants who have a corporate work background or who are determined to engage in industrialization research.

4. Salary:

(1) Salary, household registration, enrollment of children, etc. are implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of Fudan University faculty and staff, with a basic annual salary of 220,000+, and an annual salary of 300,000+ when applying for the Fudan University Super Postdoctoral Program, which can help you apply for the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Program. Annual salary of 350,000+ (currently all postdoctoral fellows in the station are supported by the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Program), and support the application for the National Boxin Program, with an annual salary of up to 480,000;
(2) Provide public rental housing with superior conditions and pay five insurances and one housing fund;
(3) Those who have achieved outstanding results during the station can be transferred to full-time employees of Fudan University, and other matters will be discussed in person.
