American Institute of Materials Research Society (MRS) Outstanding Graduate Student Award

MRS Introduction: Founded in 1973, American Institute of Materials Research Society is headquartered in the United States and currently has more than 16,000 members from 90 countries in the world. It is the most famous international academic organization in materials, chemistry, physics, biology, and energy. Every year, the organization organizes two large-scale conferences in the United States. Each time there are more than 10,000 people attending the conference. In order to encourage and commend doctoral candidates for outstanding research achievements in materials and other related fields, MRS has established outstanding doctoral awards since 2001 and has established Gold Awards and Silver Awards.


 

· In April 2017, Ye Zhang received the Graduate Student Award (Gold Medal) from the Materials Research Society (MRS) and went to Boston to participate in the annual meeting of the Material Research Society to give an academic report. (link)

 

· In November 2016, Hao Sun received the Graduate Student Award (Gold Medal) from the Materials Research Society and went to Boston, USA to attend the annual meeting of the Material Research Society to give an academic report. (link)

 

· In December 2015, Zhitao Zhang received the Graduate Student Award (Silver Medal) from the Materials Research Society and went to Boston, USA to attend the annual meeting of the Material Research Society to give an academic report.

 

· In December 2013, Zhibin Yang received the Graduate Student Award (Silver Medal) from the Materials Research Society and went to Boston, USA to attend the annual meeting of the Material Research Society to give an academic report
