International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) Young Chemist Award
IUPAC Introduction: The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) is committed to promoting the world of chemical science and promoting the use of chemistry in human services. It is recognized as a chemical nomenclature, technical terminology, standard measurement methods, atomic weights and world authority for other key assessment data. Established in 1919, IUPAC has established the IUPAC-Solvay International Award for Young Chemists since 2000. It is selected once a year to reward the world's best doctoral dissertations in the chemical field in the world in the previous year, designed to encourage outstanding young scientists in its infancy.
· In March 2019, Ye Zhang won the IUPAC-Solvay International Awards for Young Chemists.
· In April 2015, Zhibin Yang won the IUPAC-Solvay International Awards for Young Chemists and Xuli Chen received the IUPAC-Solvay International Awards for Young Chemists (Honorable Mention).
· In June 2014, Xuemei Sun won the IUPAC-Solvay International Awards for Young Chemists (Honorable Mention)
